Viktor Moroz

Hey, I'm Viktor Moroz.

I'm from Kyiv, Ukraine and work across technology, media and communications. I build and run digital projects, work with media, and stay involved in civic initiatives.

My background is in Management and Law. I'm especially interested in the space where technology, privacy, communications, freedom of speech and access to information overlap.

This site is intentionally simple: a quick way to know who I am — and how to reach me.

I work across three overlapping areas:

Technology & Digital — Digital projects and online systems Media & Communications — Media, PR and communications Civic Engagement — Civic initiatives and advocacy

Want to reconnect, collaborate or just say hi? Email works best. Telegram is fastest for a quick message.

Message sent — thank you.

I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi — I'm Viktor Moroz.

Try about, what I do, interests or contact.

Beyond work and civic life, these are the things I keep coming back to:

Art — Visual arts and the contemporary art scene Architecture — Cities, urban design and modern architecture Travel — New places, cultures and perspectives Cycling — MTB and road cycling Basketball — Following the game and playing when possible

Shared interests are always a good reason to say hello.

I listen to a bit of everything, depending on the mood.

Music is one of those things I prefer to keep personal rather than turn into a profile category.

I'm originally from Ukraine and currently based in Europe.

For practical contact details, use the contact section.

I keep some personal details off the public site.

If you're here for professional context, the experience section is more useful.

My academic background is in Management and Law.

It informs how I think about technology, communications, business and civic issues.

My work spans technology, media and communications, with a mix of entrepreneurial and project-based experience.

I prefer to keep this site as a concise personal introduction rather than a full CV.

I didn't quite catch that. Try one of these:
